- A detailed itinerary of the best-suited properties is produced and issued to the employee either shortly before meeting or on the day in question
- A similar itinerary of the best-suited properties will be issued to you as the client
- On the day of the tour the consultant will meet the employee and accompany them to a selection of properties and areas within the agreed time scale
- Upon selection of the preferred property we undertake rental negotiation with the letting agent or landlord
- Rental contract validation by our company solicitor
- Upon request Utility companies will be contacted and an inventory will be arranged
